I had a great time at this hotel in Kazan. the location was fantastic - close to the historical center and right on the shores of lake Kaban. The view was absolutely beautiful! Secondly, the staff were friendly, professional, and spoke English, which made communication easy. Lastly, the rooms were nicely decorated with attention to detail, giving them a cozy and modern feel. I especially liked the low-slabred ceilings, which added a unique touch.

No major issues to report, everything was alright.

The location was perfect for us, as all the famous attractions, and great restaurants were easily accessible from the hotel. We appreciated that the hotel staff was very polite and accommodating, always ready to help. The comfortable beds and clean facilities also made our stay enjoyable.

That the walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbors, which was a bit disturbing during the night. the breakfast was too crowded and noisy in the morning, making it difficult to enjoy the meal.
